How can I consult my school's clothing collection?

  • Clic on « Order online »
  • Create your profile to be able to view your school's collection in detail (photos, descriptions, prices, regulations etc.). You must have the "college code" to be able to view the collection.

What is the “College Code”?

Please consult the documentation received from your school. If you have misplaced it, please contact our contact customer service.

How many pieces of clothing are usually needed for a school year?

Please click on “dress code rules” on the ordering page (top right).

Why do I have to place an order before June 23th when school starts in August?

This is the only way to ensure you receive all your clothes for the next school year.

If I order online now, when will my order be delivered?

Please consult the "order and delivery" section.

My child has just been enrolled in his new school. Will my order be delivered first?

We make sure that the student can start his school year with the correct attire. Orders will be processed individually. Please contact customer service for details.

What should I do if my child changes sizes after placing my order?

You have chosen the “in-store” delivery method; It will be possible to try on the clothes and make exchanges and / or refunds directly on site.

You have chosen the "post" delivery method; You will receive, in your order, a prepaid return slip in order to return your order to us by Canada Post. For more information, please consult the "exchange and reimbursement" section. You can also come without an appointment from July 5, 2023 to our stores for an exchange. What are your exchange and refund policies?

On presentation of the invoice, any exchange or refund of an equivalent amount is granted during the school year in which the item was purchased. New items * are refundable within 120 days of purchase. After this period, the item is exchangeable for another item of equal value.

*The item must not have been altered, touched up or washed under any circumstances. The removal of the washing label, the application of a personalized label and the finishing of the edges (hem) of the pants are considered alterations.

How do I determine the correct size to order?

When ordering online, please consult the size chart and the video (taking measurements) for each item of clothing. Don't worry, all clothes are exchangeable and refundable. For more information, please see the "exchange and reimbursement" section.

Can I order clothes for my child during the school year?

Yes, you can. You will stock up on the inventory available following beginning of the school’s orders and exchanges. If inventory is not available, the delivery time will be 6 to 8 weeks.

What maintenance do I suggest for my school uniform?

Although flat drying is preferable, all clothes can be machine washed and dried. Usually, a length shrinkage possibility of 0.5 to 9% maximum should be calculated for garments containing cotton.
