Exchange and refund
(within 120 days of receiving the item)

  • The item must be new and clean: unworn, unaltered, unhemmed, and unwashed.
  • Any modification (e.g., removal of the care label, addition of a custom tag, hemming, or edge finishing) voids eligibility for exchange or refund.
  • Clearance items are final sale (VF): no exchange or refund.
  • Socks and tights cannot be exchanged or refunded if their original packaging is opened.
  • Swimwear and shorts (under skirts) cannot be exchanged or refunded.
  • After the 120 days period, no exchange, refund, or repair service will be offered.
  • Exchanges will be based on the current value of the product. If the current price is lower than the original purchase price, Unimage will not refund the difference in cash.

Return and exchange procedures

A. Return and exchange by mail (for orders received by mail)

  1. Print and fill out the Exchange and Refund Form. Return and Exchange Form
  2. Place the items to be returned along with the return form in your reusable mailing bag.
  3. Attach the prepaid label (included in your order) to the package and mail it back.

Note: For faster processing, it is recommended to return your items by mail and place a new order separately on our website rather than opting for an exchange by mail.

Exchange by mail: Customer service will contact you for shipping fee payment.
Credit card refund: Our customer service will contact you upon receiving the return. Unimage does not store any banking information.

B. In-store return and exchange

Exchanges and refunds can be processed directly at the Unimage store. Check the Opening Hours section for more details.

C. Return and exchange via Your School

From mid-September to late May, Unimage offers free pickup and delivery service at participating schools (once a week or every two weeks).

Non-participating schools: Collège Laval, École secondaire Saint-Stanislas, École Pierre-de-Coubertin, École Montessori Montréal, École Lucien-Pagé, Villa Sainte-Marcelline.

Procedure:
  1. Print and fill out the Exchange and Refund Form. Return and Exchange Form
  2. Place the items to be returned along with the return form in a reusable mailing bag (or another bag).
  3. Drop off the package at the school's reception. Our delivery driver will pick it up.

Note: For faster processing, it is recommended to return your items via your school and place a new order separately on our website rather than opting for an exchange.

Credit card refund: Our customer service will contact you upon receiving the return. Unimage does not store any banking information

Quality warranty
(within 120 days of receiving the item)

  • Unimage will evaluate whether the item can be repaired free of charge or replaced.
  • If a garment has a manufacturing defect (stitching, fabric, buttons, zippers, etc.), it will be repaired free of charge or replaced at our discretion.
  • Unimage prioritizes repair when possible (processing time: 10 business days).
  • This policy does not apply to third-party brands (Jansport, Dakine, Herschel, Mondor, Pedag, etc.).
Conditions:

The product must have been properly maintained according to the care label.
Items damaged due to accidents, misuse, or modifications are not covered.

For a repair request: Send us an email with images and a description of the issue. Our customer service team will contact you with further instructions.

Shoes

  • The exchange and refund policy for shoes is the same as for clothing.
  • Dress shoes are not designed for Quebec winters (snow, frost, salt, etc.).
  • They are not suitable for indoor or outdoor sports activities.
  • Tip: Always unlace shoes before putting them on or taking them off to prevent damage.

Clearance – final sale

Clearance items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
