Exchange and refund

Unworn clothing

Upon presentation of the invoice, the new garment * is exchangeable or refundable.

Refunds are accepted up to 120 days after your purchase. After this period, the item is exchangeable for another item of equal or superior value.

The 120-day policy begins September 1 for back-to-school purchases (between April 1 and August 30).

Size exchanges are accepted until June 1, 2025.

*The item must not have been altered, retouched or washed. Removing the wash label, applying a personalized label and doing the pants hem are considered alterations.

Stockings, tights and swimsuits, out of their original packaging, are neither exchangeable nor refundable.

Your order was received by mail and you wish to return or exchange an item?

2. Affix the prepaid new post label (included in your package) on the package and send it by mail.

Any exchange or refund can be made directly in the Unimage store that serves your school. Please see the "Business hours" section to find the corresponding store.

Your order was received through the school and want to make a return or an exchange?

2. Leave the order to be returned at the school reception. Our delivery person will come to school once a week to collect returns (participating schools and during the school year only).

Already worn, washed or altered clothing

Any item of clothing that has already been worn, washed or altered cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Manufacturing defects

Any product with a manufacturing defect will be repaired or exchanged within 120 days of purchase of the merchandise. For ecological reasons, Unimage prioritizes (free) repairs when possible. It can take up to 10 working days for the repair. The same policy applies to shoes.

Example: seams that do not meet our quality standards. Breakage of accessories (buttons, hooks, etc.)

Conditions: Respect and application of the maintenance instructions on the label.

Final sale or liquidation

A garment purchased on final sale or in liquidation is neither exchangeable nor refundable.
